Job Description
Drive growth through renewals and expansion (70% of revenue comes from expansion) and reduce churn
Define vision and strategy for Account Management, how AM, KAM, TAM/PM, CSM work together, for our Tier 1, 2 and 3 clients
Map the customer journey, define how to lead a positive customer experience
Manage customer success activities, from onboarding, training, over customer support and customer success management, to renewals, cross-sell and up-sell.
Build and lead a world-class team of all CS and AM functions
Work closely with Sales (Acquisition) to align account plans and deliver impact to newly won clients as fast as possible
Create company-wide culture of Customer Success, with Marketing around client success stories, with Product around product roadmap, etc.
