Job Description

Your role will evolve around adaptation of our platform within our existing customer portfolio, expansion and the prevention of churn. You will be involved in creating strategic account plans which enables our customers to make optimal use of our platform. Furthermore you are the go to point of contact for our customers and will you observe if the customer is about the churn, and will act on this.

Your main focus for expansion will be on generating and qualifying leads that are interested in the Betty Blocks platform within our existing enterprise customer portfolio. For example a large part of our customer have international establishments which we can help with our platform. By using examples of apps we have already build, within the organization, you have a warm entrance. Apart from that you can make use of champions, somebody who is a fan of the Betty Blocks platform, to enter via that way.
