WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS POSITION?
Contributing to the design and development of compensation and benefits policies.
Preparing compensation and benefits budget, including regular monitoring, reporting, and adjustment of wages,
Taking part in the design studies of critical processes such as performance, talent management, and backup,
Working for the creation of fair and competitive wage and fringe benefits policies in line with company dynamics,
Making suggestions for the determination of KPI sets, making regular reports, following the actions of the relevant teams,
Performing analysis of the reports received by providing data for wage research interprets market data, and determining the wage policy according to the company’s needs,
Managing compensation processes related to new entry and career movements,
Providing support for the preparation of the annual department budget,
Being responsible for monthly department and group reports,
Taking part in creative applications/processes/projects by following the developments regarding wages & benefits.
Designing and preparing HR analytical reports to guide strategic business decisions.
Performing statistical analysis of employee data and costs generated in HR processes
