Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead segmentation and targeting
Monitoring relationships with existing clients through CRM system
Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
Developing and implementing techniques that will drive new clients
Setting specific strategies to retain clients
Managing the process of planning, execution, and evaluation of sales campaigns Closely cooperating with marketing team: defining campaign structure and content planning
Tracking campaign efficiency: analyzing campaign results, developing benchmarks, and sharing regular performance reports
Owning email and campaign lists and ensuring data integrity across leads, campaigns, and opportunities
Regular use and maintaining of CRM software (SalesForce, Auto Pilot, etc.) Constantly looking for new solutions to further drive business’ growth
