Business Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Competitive Business Analyst is responsible for delivering insightful, actionable, and timely market and competitive intelligence to support the GTM and Product Teams to deliver on the growth initiatives


  • Develop a deep understanding of the Accounting market, customer and competition and closely monitor and report on all major market and competitive activities
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Marketing to translate features and functions into client value outcomes ultimately increasing win rates
  • Develop a broad network of external sources and internal subject matter experts to capture, synthesize and interpret competitive, customer and market information
  • Develop robust market intelligence reports and deep-dive analysis (both ad hoc and regular) with actionable information tailored to specific audience groups (Product, C-level, etc)
  • Maintain and grow the customer and market segmentation and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and roll out a programme and tools to the GTM organisation that provide actionable data on win/loss reasons, ROI tools and Competitive battlecards
  • Maintain a central repository of market and competitive intelligence and corresponding deliverables
  • Support clients in understanding the ROI and its relationship to wider business objectives
