What you will do
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, success in this role is building 1 high performing operational team across Europe. Align customer success teams in the way they work and support in any way in order to deliver outstanding reporting standards & insight to the clients, and that client projects (including tests / pilots) are managed, communicated and executed to exceed client expectations; leading to wider roll-out / additional projects. Next to this you, and your team, are responsible for a healthy Crowd across Europe.
To help achieve this you will have local line manager responsibility for the Customer Success teams, Community Managers and Reviewers.
As a senior manager, and key player in a scale-up company and business unit, you will be expected to support your line manager in delivering client excellence, assist in developing new business pipeline using industry network contacts, and at times…getting stuck in!
Location: International – can be anywhere in Europe (required in Amsterdam office a 2 days / week, plus Roamler office locations (tbc).
