Reason for the role:

Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans, you’ll be responsible for leading the existing FMCG sales team, devising/deploying an International sales strategy and driving the growth of sales revenue across all channels (Retail, Online & Distribution).

As this is a newly created position within the business, this presents the perfect opportunity for a driven individual to truly fast track their career. The role of Head of FMCG Sales will require a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers.

You will have responsibility for:

  • Build deliverect’s proposition in the FMCG eCommerce sector
  • Be responsible for the FCMG Unit revenue and locations counts targets
  • Expand our presence within existing FMCG brands
  • Responsible to secure new global Tier 1 accounts in line with business growth plans.
  • Build a team of Technical account managers and Regional Sales managers to cover all markets.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-functional team in both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely alongside customers to ensure group and joint business plans are achieved.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing the sales team to ensure that targets are hit/exceeded
  • Accompanying the Sales team to meetings with key clients & high profile prospects
  • Exploring additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts whilst protecting the margins
